The hotel's location was perfect for our family. We wandered a few blocks to enjoy easy access to the Metro, making it a breeze to explore the city. Plus, having a rooftop pool with stunning views was an absolute treat for everyone, including our non-service dog!
In my wife’s opinion, clearer pet policies would make the stay smoother.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel, especially enjoying the rooftop pool with stunning city views and the delicious vegan options in the restaurant. Plus, the live music added a nice touch to our evenings. The only downside was a bit of noise from events on some nights, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊

The superior double room was well-appointed, and the beds were made every day, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with several restaurants nearby offering vegan and vegetarian options, making dining convenient. While the breakfast was enjoyable, initially, I felt misled about the overall service expectations.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited La Plaza de Revolucion and the Museum of Anthropology. The location is great, with easy access to the bus station and lots of restaurants nearby, including great vegan options. Be sure to check out the rooftop pool for a relaxing view of the city. Daily cleaning and towel changes were a plus!
The bathroom door in my room had no lock, which was a bit inconvenient during our stay.

Elevator quirks and cozy beds
The location is fantastic, surrounded by lively restaurants and close to the Reforma bus station. Daily cleaning kept our room neat and the beds were quite comfortable.
Unfortunately, the elevators were a bit tricky, giving small electrical shocks, and the staff wasn't always welcoming, which marred the experience slightly.

Great location and friendly ambiance
I recently stayed in a Standard Double Room for 3 nights, and I loved how close the hotel was to Reforma Avenue and the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Even though the building felt a bit dated, I appreciated the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast options available. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn't work well, which made it slightly uncomfortable at times.
